Where are your products made?

Everything is designed between Los Angeles and Istanbul, and produced in Istanbul with local manufacturers and artisans we know by name. Responsibly sourced materials, small batches, no shortcuts.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What about customs, duties, and taxes?

Depending on where you live, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Something's wrong with my order.

That shouldn't happen — but paper goods are made by humans. Email us at hello@paperstreet.world with your order number and we'll make it right.

Do you do wholesale?

We do. Paper Street is stocked in curated stores and museum shops around the world. Retailers can order through Faire, or write to us directly.

Can you make something custom for my brand?

Yes — bespoke notebooks, publications, and paper objects are the studio side of what we do. Visit paperstreet.works or email us to start a project.
