Meditopia Journal
Meditopia is an app that offers services beneficial to both mind and body, including various meditations, online therapy sessions, and mindfulness techniques.
In collaboration with Meditopia, we created a Gratitude Journal for those who believe in the healing power of writing. This journal features 30 days of meditation exercises and a 30-day writing practice template. Through a QR code in the journal, users can also access the Meditopia app for free for a month.
At its core, the simple act of handwriting, which we’re all so familiar with, becomes a powerful meditation tool in this journal, guiding users to focus and observe more deeply with every prompt.
